Shipping & Return Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Information

All orders are shipped internationally from Paris, France.

Shipping occurs in two stages:

  1. Preparation and handling at our Paris fulfillment center
    Processing time: 24–48 hours

  2. Express international delivery to your destination
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

🛫 All shipments originate from France.


3. Shipping Fees

We offer free international shipping on orders above SAR/AED 299 (or equivalent local currency).

Orders below this amount are charged a flat international shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on the destination.


4. VAT, Customs & Import Taxes

All prices displayed on our website include VAT, customs duties, and applicable import taxes.

Customers should not be required to pay additional taxes or duties upon delivery, as these charges are already included in the final price shown at checkout.

In rare situations where customs authorities require additional verification or documentation, delivery may be temporarily delayed until the required information is provided.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected GCC countries, subject to the following conditions:

  • A COD service fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • COD may be limited to certain order values or destinations.

  • COD availability may vary depending on country or product category.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order:

  • Through the courier’s website, or

  • Through our online tracking page.


7. Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal to accept the package

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Failure to complete customs procedures

The parcel may be returned to our warehouse in France.

In such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return and re-shipping.

  • If a parcel remains unclaimed for more than 14 days, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus all shipping costs (including return shipping).


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 business days.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the parcel and product if damaged

After investigation with the courier, we may provide a replacement or a refund.


Return Policy

9. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Products are unused

  • Items remain sealed in their original packaging

  • Products are returned in resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.


10. Return Shipping Costs

Customer change of mind

If a customer wishes to return a product for personal reasons (change of mind, preference, etc.), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, as shipments are international.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

  • A missing item

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, and return shipping will be covered by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.


11. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
