Referred to below as "we", "us" or "the Seller". The customer is referred to as "you" or "the Customer".

Article 2 — Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on the Site by a consumer. They are available at all times on the Site and prevail over any other document. Placing an order confirms that you have read and accepted them.

Products offered are certified organic cosmetics, personal care products, food supplements and related accessories, sourced from French and European brands. Offers are valid while stocks last, as indicated at the time of ordering.

We deliver to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and to other destinations shown at checkout.

Article 3 — Prices, customs duties and import taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency on the product page and at checkout, and are quoted inclusive of all charges.

We sell to the GCC on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that the Seller — and not the Customer — is the importer of record for customs purposes and bears all customs duties, import taxes and value added tax due on the shipment.

Accordingly:

  • the price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay;
  • you will not be asked to pay any duty, import tax or VAT on delivery;
  • if a carrier or customs agent nevertheless requests such a payment from you, do not pay it and contact us; we will settle the matter directly with the carrier;
  • if you have already paid such a charge, we will reimburse it in full on presentation of the receipt.

Shipping fees are separate from the product price, are shown at checkout before payment, and are waived above the order values set out in our Shipping Policy.

We may change our prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Orders

You select your products, review your basket, and confirm the order after checking its content, the total price and the delivery address. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and creates a binding contract.

We confirm the order by email. A sale is only final once we have sent that confirmation and received payment in full.

We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, a dispute over a previous order, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction on the product in the destination country. In that case any sum already paid is refunded in full.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, by the means shown at checkout (including major payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Tabby where available). Cash on Delivery may be offered in selected countries and for selected customers, on the terms shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the relevant payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never store your full card details.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Paris, France, by international express courier, normally within 24–48 working hours of the order. Estimated transit time is 3–7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed dates. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, by customs inspection, or by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the Customer.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery of the parcel to the address you gave. Full delivery terms, including failed deliveries and lost or damaged parcels, are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract and return unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging, at your cost.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics and opened food supplements cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or sent in error — in which case we cover the return and replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods, by the same payment method. The full procedure is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Article 8 — Product information and legal guarantees

We describe our products as accurately as we can, using information supplied by the manufacturers. Photographs are illustrative; slight variations in colour and packaging may occur.

Food supplements are not medicines. They do not treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace a varied diet or medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Cosmetics are for external use. Always read the ingredients list before use, and discontinue use in the event of a reaction.

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by French law, in addition to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country of residence.

Article 9 — Liability

Our liability is limited to direct loss and, save in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury, may not exceed the amount paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for any failure caused by an event beyond our reasonable control.

Article 10 — Personal data

Personal data collected in connection with your order is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. Your data is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or marketing without your consent.

Article 11 — Complaints and dispute resolution

Please write to info@purenbio.com first. We aim to answer every complaint within 5 working days and to resolve it amicably.

Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Consumers resident in the GCC keep all rights available to them under their national consumer protection law.

Article 12 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Nothing in this article deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
