Shipping Rules

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped internationally directly from Paris, France.

  • Shipping occurs in two stages:

    1. Preparation & handling at our Paris fulfillment center (24–48 hours).

    2. Express international delivery to your GCC destination (3–7 business days).

🛫 We do not use local couriers. All deliveries originate from France.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Free international shipping on orders over SAR/AED 299 (or local equivalent).

  • Orders below that amount will be charged a flat international shipping fee (calculated at checkout based on destination).


4. Customs, VAT & Import Charges

  • All prices on our website exclude VAT, customs duties, and any import taxes.

  • These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at delivery by local customs authorities.

  • Duties and taxes vary by country and are not collected at checkout.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in select GCC countries under the following conditions:

    • An additional COD fee applies (visible at checkout).

    • May be subject to order value limits and approval at checkout.

  • COD availability may vary by country and product type.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or directly from our tracking portal.


7. Delivery Issues & Failures

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Refusal to accept

    • No one available to receive

    • Failure to claim from customs

Your package may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for both return and re-delivery shipping costs.

  • If a parcel remains unclaimed for more than 14 days, the order will be canceled and refunded minus all shipping charges (including return).


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged or is not received within the estimated delivery time:

    • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery or expected delivery.

    • Provide your order number and photos if applicable.

  • After investigation, we may issue a replacement or refund.
