All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Information

All orders are shipped internationally directly from Paris, France.

Shipping occurs in two stages:

Preparation & handling at our Paris fulfillment center (24–48 hours).

Express international delivery to your GCC destination (3–7 business days).

3. Shipping Fees

Free international shipping on orders over SAR/AED 299 (or local equivalent).

Orders below that amount will be charged a flat international shipping fee (calculated at checkout based on destination).
4. Customs, VAT & Import Charges

All prices on our website exclude VAT, customs duties, and any import taxes.

These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at delivery by local customs authorities.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in select GCC countries under the following conditions:

An additional COD fee applies (visible at checkout).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or directly from our tracking portal.
7. Delivery Issues & Failures

If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Refusal to accept

No one available to receive

Failure to claim from customs

Your package may be returned to us. In such cases:

The customer is responsible for both return and re-delivery shipping costs.

If a parcel remains unclaimed for more than 14 days, the order will be canceled and refunded minus all shipping charges (including return).
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is not received within the estimated delivery time:

Contact us within 7 business days of delivery or expected delivery.

Provide your order number and photos if applicable.
