Terms of service

In force from 5 September 2026. These Terms of Service replace all previous versions.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website https://purenbio.com ("the Site"), published by Fons and Splendor SAS, trading as Pure n' Bio, 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France (RCS Paris 917 710 295).

Purchases made on the Site are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale.

Article 1 — Acceptance

By browsing, registering on, or ordering from the Site, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

We may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time of your visit.

Article 2 — The Site and its content

The Site presents certified organic cosmetics, personal care products and food supplements sourced from French and European brands, and allows you to order them for delivery to the Gulf and beyond.

We take care to keep product descriptions, ingredient lists and certifications accurate and up to date. Editorial and educational content published on the Site, including blog articles, is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice.

Article 3 — Customer accounts

You may create an account to place orders and track them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

You may close your account at any time by writing to info@purenbio.com. We may suspend or close an account in the event of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Article 4 — Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in a way that is unlawful or that could damage it or impair its availability, and not to extract, copy or reuse its content, data or images by automated means without our written authorisation.

Article 5 — Reviews and user content

Where the Site allows you to publish a review or other content, you remain responsible for it and you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the Site. We may decline to publish, or may remove, content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or unrelated to the product concerned. We do not alter the substance of genuine customer reviews.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

All elements of the Site — text, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, graphics, and structure — are the property of Fons and Splendor SAS or of its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Article 7 — Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Site available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or by events beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for such interruptions, nor for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over their content and accept no liability for it.

Article 8 — Personal data and cookies

Personal data collected through the Site is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies are used as described in that policy, and non-essential cookies are set only with your consent.

Article 9 — Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Nothing in this article deprives you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
