How To Use

To Drink:
- Rinse the beads with clean water
- Dip 20g of beads in 1L of water
- Leave to act for 1 hour
- Consume
- Be sure not to swallow any beads.
- Make sure to use a glass bottle , to cover it and open the bottle every 3 hours.

To Spray:
- Rinse the beads with clean water
- In a spray bottle, immerse 20g of beads in 200ml of water
- Leave to act for 1 hour
