As a Daily Cleanser:

1- Wet the palms of your hands then pour in a teaspoon of powder
2- Massage the face
3- Rinse with clean water

As a mask - 1 to 2 times/week:

1- Pour a tablespoon of powder into a small bowl and add water
2- Apply to face using a brush
3- Leave for 15 minutes
4- Rinse with clean water
