Pure n' Bio is a trading name of Fons and Splendor SAS, 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France.

1. Your right to return

You may return an order within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and unopened, still sealed in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics and opened food supplements cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or were sent in error.

2. Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, or an incomplete order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you, and we cover the return shipping.

3. Change of mind

If you return a product for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong shade, preference), the return shipping cost is yours, as shipments are international. The original shipping fee is not refunded.

4. How to request a return

Contact our team before sending anything back, with your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs if the product is damaged or incorrect.

We will confirm your request and send you return instructions. Once confirmed, you have 14 days to send the products back.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned products, using the same payment method you used for the order.

The original shipping fee is not refunded, except where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

As an alternative, you may ask for a store credit of the same value instead of a refund — usable immediately, combinable with other credits, with no expiry date.

6. Returns on discounted or gift-with-purchase orders

If you return part of an order that qualified for a discount or a free gift, and the remaining order no longer meets the conditions of that offer, we may deduct the value of the discount or of the free gift from your refund.

7. Customs duties on returns

Pure n' Bio pays all import duties and taxes on outbound orders, so a return costs you nothing in duties. You never need to reclaim customs charges from us — you were never charged any.
