In case of a cold or sudden chill, complement the action of the nasal spray with the use of propolis throat syrup (for adults and children from 3 years old), plant extracts, and essential oils, or the Four Seasons balm in a jar (for adults and children from 12 years old), which decongests the respiratory passages with propolis, beeswax, and 5 essential oils.
